This piece is another interpretation of the traditional Midsummer wreath – exaggerated, humorous, and precisely composed.

The starting point was a set of original paper straws from Absolut Vodka, transformed into spiral-shaped embellishments – including a yellow-white bloom, delicately cut to resemble a daisy.

The composition is complemented by green plastic straws (as leaves), raffia, colored dried plants, and classic cocktail decorations. The result is a wreath that balances festivity and excess. The bloom becomes a focal point, the ornament a commentary.

Hovering between folkloric reminiscence and pop-cultural exuberance, this work plays with expectations – and leaves the question open: is this still a wreath, or already a cocktail?
